For your convenience, our patients can now request refills for prescriptions online! To request a refill you must be a preexisting patient of Dr. Bert Oubre. Thank you.

To request a refill on a prescription, please fill out and submit the form below. Requests will be checked every morning. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for requests to be processed.
PLEASE NOTE: The decision to approve online prescription refill requests is at your physician's discretion. If your prescription refill request is denied, the nurse will communicate the reason your request was denied by telephone.
